Progetto CMR — HQ

The design company has celebrated its first 25 years in business with new sustainable and flexible headquarters in Milan, where every space is designed to house different functions and activities, and to change according to work requirements.
The building was completely renovated in terms of structure and installations, as well as all of the windows, which now serve to reduce power consumption and CO2 emissions, with better ventilation and air conditioning management. The materials used are also for the most part, recycled.
Thema conceived and created a cladding system using projecting aluminium blades, alternated with wood-effect slats, the particularly shaped entrance vestibule, automatic doors and also worked on replacing all of the windows.
