Located in the Rottole district of Milan, Deruta 19 is an office complex that has been completely renewed through a major building retrofit focused on the envelope of its twin towers.
Designed by COIMA Image and B.Cube, the project achieved high sustainability standards, including LEED Gold, WELL Gold, and WiredScore Silver certifications.
Thema manufactured and installed the large high-performance curtain walls. Their design is defined by vertical aluminium sunshades with a platinum finish, improving solar control while giving the buildings a clean and distinctive geometric appearance.
