The house, which covers a single storey for its entire length, focuses on living comfort and on its relationship with the outdoor space, which can be seen and accessed from every room. This particularly avant-garde building was studied and built with careful attention to limiting consumption and has class A energy certification.
The outer loggia is a filter-space, screened by a sliding and folding sun-break system.
This was conceived and designed by Thema, which also provided all of the windows and the screening system. The sun-break panels are made in aluminium with wood grain effect.
The sliding windows in thermal-cut aluminium overlooking the loggia serve to open the rooms fully and increase the space leading outside for easy use and excellent heat insulation standards. Motorised aluminium roller shades were designed and painted grey to match the exterior colour of the house.
