14 apartments of different sizes in this resort on Lake Como open outwards on large terraces and private gardens that add comfortable spaces for outdoor living.
Thema was responsible for the design, creation and installation of glazes areas and windows, supplying aluminium windows with thermal break for both hinged and sliding models.
The large glazed walls overlooking the lounge areas add maximum natural light and as a result, visual well-being while guaranteeing panoramic views from the interiors, even with the windows closed.
The terrace railings in glass are a further means of eliminating visual barriers between exterior and interior, while lightening the image of the building as seen from the lake.
