Moscova 64 is an excellent example of residential urban renovation.
Designed by Lombardini22, the building offers a modern way of living by combining the elegant style of Milan with advanced solutions for sustainability, comfort, and architectural technology.
Thema installed large oversized glass surfaces that create a seamless connection between the interior and the exterior. On the top floors, the glazing opens onto panoramic terraces with breathtaking views of the Porta Nuova skyline.
Thema also installed Alucobond cladding on the upper floors, creating a balanced contrast with the transparent glass and the aluminium sun-shading elements.
