This is the one developed by Annalisa Mauri for a contemporary villa near Como, in Alserio, a small town nestled on the shores of the lake of the same name, between the Lariano area and the greenest Brianza.
The interpenetration of the volumes characterises the building arranged on three levels with a complex and very contemporary geometry.
The articulation of the compositional elements is suggested by three main directions, recovered from the morphology of the site and its perspective development: the lake on one side, the mountains on the other.
Thema took care of the large windows, for the most part sliding ones, including the 7-metre high curtain wall of the room and the underlying wellness area. Also by Thema, the glass railings, external to give continuity to the light, and internal, to protect the staircase then amplify the ethereal dimension of the structure.
