This design by Marco Castelletti sits harmoniously in the green setting of Parco Valle Lambro: a parallelepiped with a double-pitch roof in metal for light weight, with dark glass from the solar panels that face east and west for maximum solar power absorption. For Villa T, Thema created the entrance vestibule, a long wall with fixed and sliding windows – with integrated shade system – overlooking the terrace, where the railings lead into the surrounding nature. Floor -1, where a wellness zones continues its dialogue with the outside, thanks to the large sliding windows. The project is completed with a photovoltaic double pitch roof, entirely covered in glass, with integrated flush skylights in glass.
Thema, as well as using innovative solutions, was also the project manager for the wide variety of products and supplies: blinds, armoured doors, fire doors, photovoltaic roof, glass railings, stainless steel windows and the custom made ventilated glass shaft – opening glass with glass strips.
